What is Almond Oil? Almond oil is the essential oil of almond and it can be obtained with oil distillation process or with cold press technique from almond kernel. This oil contains saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which have so many benefits for us. Almond oil structured by; oleic acid 68%, linoleic acid 25%, palmitic acid 4% and some other acids 1%. It is also good source for protein, A and K vitamins. This is only one reason to use almond oil. You also should know that the difference between bitter almond and sweet almond oil before the use this oil. Both have similar structures, but they are different in usage.
